Where does the opportunity data come from?+
Live from SAM.gov plus an internal index of historical federal awards. Notices refresh continuously throughout the day.
Why does a price show as “~$X” instead of an exact amount?+
No award has been published yet. PAG Intel estimates from comparable NAICS × agency awards — placeholder $0 / sub-$1K awards are excluded, and we require a minimum sample (5+ at NAICS-4, 10+ at NAICS-2) before showing a number. Click the price chip on any opportunity to see the winsorized low–median–high range (p5/p95), sample size, and closest comparable awards.
How accurate are the contract value estimates?+
Each estimate is built from a minimum sample of comparable NAICS × agency awards with $0 placeholders removed and winsorized low/high bands. Treat the median as a planning anchor, not a quote.
Why did unchecking the “active security clearance” box change my results?+
Toggling the clearance filter refreshes the list instantly and excludes notices whose title or description signal a required clearance (clearance, secret, TS/SCI), in addition to enriched required_clearances data.
An opportunity is missing documents or a full description. Why?+
SAM.gov rate-limits attachment and description requests. We automatically re-queue and retry; missing content usually fills in within a few hours.
How accurate is the AI-generated proposal?+
Treat it as a strong first draft grounded in your profile, capability statement, and historical win patterns. The Go / No-Go panel surfaces market concentration (HHI), top-vendor share, and $/day burn for the NAICS × agency bucket. Always human-review pricing, dates, certifications, and compliance before submitting.
I hit a search or proposal limit — what now?+
The free trial includes 50 opportunity searches and 10 AI proposals. Admin accounts are unlocked by default and don't see the trial banner. To keep going, email dustin@plantholtadvisory.com and we'll size a subscription tier to your team.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your profile, bids, proposals, and attachments are scoped to your account with row-level security. We never share your data with other tenants.
